ONLINE CLASSES

Our greatest achievement in the session 2020-21 and 2021 – 22 was to conduct the online classes successfully with the helping hands of parents. As we come out with unique ideas in the process of imparting knowledge and the co-curricular and extracurricular activities, in the matter of Online Classes too, we were able to successfully implement a new strategy as it was the demand of the situation. The teachers were trained to prepare their own errorless video lessons and those were sent to the students well in advance and later live classes were restricted only for a limited time, so that the impact of the dangerous mobile frequencies and screen time will affect the students adversely to the minimum. The students’ academic performance was measured in a series of Formative and Summative Examinations with more emphasis on learning through doing process. In the process of evaluation initially the students were asked to appear for the exam in the presence of parents and later the school achieved the technical capacity, so that every student was able to be monitored live all through the exams. The academic year 2021-22 was commenced with exclusive online classes initially, later a hybrid model of Online as well as Face to Face Classes were introduced.

After the impact of Covid-19 as per the notifications from the concerned authorities, On 1st November Classes 10 & 12 were opened and on 17th November Class 9 & 11 were opened, on 1st December Classes 5-8 (batch wise) were started and on 6th December Classes 3,4 (batch wise) were started. 3rd January onwards the School started to function normally as before.

In both the Academic years we celebrated Environment day, Reading day, International Yoga day, Sanskrit day, Teachers Day, Onam, Ozone day, Hindi day, Mathematics day, Science day etc virtually with various cultural programmes and competitions and students actively participated in these programmes. The different events were compiled and made in to videos which were uploaded in different online platforms. Eminent personalities like the Central Minister Sri.
